Wastly takes care of returning the goods and the transaction is cancelled.

Select the product in the Marketplace.

The payment provider puts on hold the amount of the transaction.

If your bid is accepted, the amount is withdrawn from your account. Otherwise, your funds are released.

You can arrange the terms of delivery with the seller.

Check the conformity and accept the goods.
